Celebrating his 36th year in the construction industry, Steve DeMirjian has provided years of expert service to commercial and residential property owners.  



With hammer and nail in hand, Steve began his career and love of building as a child.  He helped his dad build a retaining wall for their home.  His first major project was as a carpenter at Brown and Root Engineering in Houston, TX, where he assisted in building an oil refinery in Pasadena, TX .

While working, he attended SMU in Texas, then transferred to USC to finish his college career, obtaining a BS in Business from the Marshall School of Business.  Steve and his best friend worked during summers while in college, remodeling homes.

After college, Steve worked as a project manager for a major construction company overseeing tenant improvements.  He saw the need to provide clients with a more personal touch, so he began his own business and has been on his own for the past 20 years.

Steve says, "Each job is unique and different, which is just what I like. Besides loving my work, I've made good friends over the years.  Many of my clients call me back, not just to work on their homes and properties, but actually because they like me as a friend."
